I was not disappointed and was pleasantly surprised to experience my Valentines Day was going to be saved. They have extended their hours, and offered me expert focus on my plight to help save the upcoming event. I was one of the last to purchase two of the most proud looking full bouquet ever. When my wife came home, after a difficult day of being a full time nurse, she was presented with one of them. Then, in the bedroom, the other. She deserved that, and much, much, more. “In response to Erica Elizabeth, You are not a party to this delivery. You did not order the flowers. You were not our customer nor the recipient to this delivery. You did not order these flower. You are a friend/relative to the recipient. You did not tell the whole story. The recipient did get warned not to come to our shop. The recipient was the Secretary to the Police Chief (imagine that)and was calling making threatening calls because we delivered her delivery a day early. The delivery was made a day before her birthday. I spoke to the Customer and apologized for the miss understanding and offered to refund, make a new arrangement and redeliver on correct day with no charge. The customer said everything is okay she just wanted to let me know it was on the wrong day. Again I apologized for the wrong delivery date. We try to correct any mistakes we may make even if its at our loss.”
