“I can't tell you what an excellent experience I had working with Flowergirl Traci for my October 2021 wedding. I had been talking to several different florists with a specific budget in mind, and they kept telling me to double my budget before they'd even start working with me. From start to finish, Traci worked with me to ensure we stuck to the budget I wanted, walking me through different tips and tricks to stay on target and picking flowers that fit in my budget. She curated a beautiful array of flowers and greens to use, and when I asked if we could swap one out, she sent me a few more ideas--all of which I loved! The day before the wedding, Traci brought all the supplies to my house where I had collected a couple of tables and friends and family. She even surprised me with my favorite flower, dahlias, in the perfect color! We weren't sure if they would be available, but she made it happen for me! She expertly walked us through making each of the arrangements we needed--centerpieces, bouts, corsages, and bouquets. Traci taught us about flower arranging and care as we went along. We all had so much fun, and it was such a wonderful experience. Day of the wedding, Traci had given us boxes to transport the flowers to the venue. She had also given us some extra flowers and greens in case we needed to fix anything day of. One of the corsages needed a replacement flower, so we easily fixed that while we were getting ready in the morning (bring a hot glue gun!). The wedding went beautifully, and I was so proud to tell everyone that we had arranged the flowers ourselves with Traci's help. Overall, Traci's knowledge, eye for design, foresight, and just the ease of working with her helped make my wedding go off without a hitch! I had been debating between going full DIY or using Traci's assisted DIY services, and I'm so glad I went with Traci. I highly recommend her.”

“Great service and beautiful flower arrangements. I ordered an arrangement through the website for delivery. The website has lots of pictures and is very user friendly, and easy to navigate. The payment process was painless. I received an email confirmation right away, stating my order was received. I didn't notice my special request in the confirmation so I emailed the owner, Lisa, right away. Lisa confirmed that she did receive my special request and happily included a butterfly in the flowers. She also refused my offer of any additional payment. Thank you for your kindness, Lisa. I received another confirmation email when the flowers were loaded up in the truck, on their way to be delivered. Not too long after, I received a third confirmation email once the delivery had been made, and that final email also outlined who received the flowers at the door, upon delivery. The entire experience was positive and the constant communication was much appreciated. It made me feel at ease knowing that my flowers were received by the correct person. It was nice to get real-time updates throughout the entire process. The flowers were beautiful and fresh, and they were delivered in a timely manner.
