I had a very important custom order I needed help with that I had ordered from another florist the day before to be delivered today and had just found out that they had not even processed my order and weren't going to be able to. She not only helped me with it but she went above and beyond! She was such a breath of fresh air! She was able to tell that I was an absolute nervous wreck about this so she even helped me to relax! She is a lifesaver to say the very least! This important and very specific arrangement is for a very young family member who was recently put on end of life Hospice care. Ms. Angela was so understanding and empathetic and she took her time to ensure that she got this order not only correct but with her vast knowledge and experience she made it EVEN better than I had hoped for! I obviously highly recommend her and I will a trillion times over from now on! I live in Alabama so all this was done over the phone and this was my 1st experience with Angela's Flowers. “Mother's Day 2020 was looking to be a festival of sadness until Chino Lupitas Florist and Gifts came to my rescue. After ProFlowers had not delivered on the Friday before Mother's Day, delaying until Saturday, then finally, at 6pm, saying they wouldn't be delivered until Monday, I had less than 24 hours to save this holiday and make sure my mom got something special. Every other local Chino florist had no availability to deliver the following day, and understandably so, here I was calling the night before one of the busiest days in flower-land. Enter Lupita's. I checked their website; they were okay with a next-day delivery. Even better, they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for being so last minute. Very reasonable prices! Their selection of arrangements was beautiful, and the actual flowers that arrived were even prettier than I could have imagined. And they were delivered on time!!! With less than 24 hours notice, Mother's Day was SAVED. My mom was so happy when she got her flowers, especially since I can't be there in person, during these crazy times.
