If I had to say 1 bad thing and I can't even say it was bad, is that they placed all the cards from the flowers in a bag so we didn't know which flowers went with which cards. And trying to think back at time like that when your grieving is hard. My mom is a very organized person and likes to know the smallest details. They also gave us some forms and a few suggestions on what the next steps we should take.
