“I am the Client of whom Ayanna Martin speaks and was on a three-way call between Martin, Frain and myself. I am not "old and worried about my last days". Frain did NOT contact me, I initiated the contact with Frain Mortuary. Ms. Martin's remarks are self-serving as she is employed by the Neptune Co. with which I am currently contracted for cremation. I had Frain contact Neptune in August. It was a whole month before they returned the call. If I had been "worrying about my final arrangements", I certainly am now and until the contract with Neptune gets switched to Frain. Not knowing the integrity of the Frain family, Ms. Martin insinuated that they would try to cheat me for more than was contracted, and to "not let that happen". I have known the Frain family for years and trust them implicitly. Yes, of course it upset Frain to be accused of fraud, and yes Ms. Martin hung up on us. Any problem I have is with Neptune and Ms. Martin, not Frain.”

“Despite the circumstances, our family had a great experience with the Casket Store, while they are very budget friendly, they aren’t just for families looking to count pennies. Instead, we were able to have the funeral my mother would have wanted including all the bells and whistles but we did it without being price gouged by another company who makes their money taking advantage of grieving people. We hope we don’t have to use them again soon but when the time comes, we would be happy to use their services again.”

“The unfortunate death of my only sister at the age of 33 was really tough for my family. They did a fantastic job preparing her body and taking care of all the paper works necessary for her to finally come home half way around the world...back to the Philippines. We flew with her in the same plane. They made it possible. It really means a lot to us and they took care of everything. Though it is pricy, everything was worth it. It was the final expense for her, I didn't really care. It's not for us....it's for her. Stephanie did everything and she's phenomenal. She walked us through the process, didn't sell us anything we don't need. She listened and did everything we want. I recommend them”
