“Very helpful and informative as I spoke to them over the phone. Because of my father's near deafness I was worried about trying to get everything done, they were so caring and sweet. Dad wanted to finish the arrangements for him and mom's final care. Ron and the staff were always going out of there way to make sure my family was comfortable, as we met with him in person. We have since had to intern my father beside my mother, only 2 months after she died. Ron couldn't have gone more out of his way to help us. The staff made sure mom's brass plaque was up in time for Dad to be placed beside her. They made our grief so much easier by taking care of so much for us.”

“Just wanted to recommend a local pet cremation place - as we had no idea where to start when we lost our family dog of 14 1/2 years this past Saturday (our local vet wasn't open nor were some others I had called). I called Laps of Love which directed me to an expensive place near the airport. On a whim, I reached out to Hartsell on 49, and they were absolutely incredible. Miller came and picked her up and was kind, compassionate, gentle and patient with us as we said our final goodbyes. They were reasonably priced and immediately made you feel like family. It's in times like these that you want to work with a staff and place like this. Just thought I'd share for others that may end up in this sad situation. Thank you for being so understanding and caring.”

T M Ralph had taken care of both of my parents funerals so I called them to see if they had any suggestions for funeral homes out there. Not only was I given the names of two funeral homes, we had an extensive conversation where they gave me several pointers on what needs to be done and what to expect. This is the kind of service that you only get from the best! They will not be involved in any of the arrangements yet they wanted to make sure things go smoothly.
