They set time frames of when we could expect certain things to be completed and they beat those time frames. They were there every step of the way, providing guidance and compassion. You're not a faceless number to them, they care. Dan is also someone who gets things done. We needed a death certificate and the doctor was dragging her feet. Dan stepped in and within a day we had the certificate. If I could, I would give Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home "10" stars.”
