It is Labor Day, but two technicians showed up within an hour and graciously replaced the tank. I only wanted it replaced today so I could have hot water to clean the basement. We went in to purchase just one mattress for our bedroom but ended up purchasing one for us and a different one for each of our kids, 3 total. We feel comfortable and confident in the decisions we made. After selecting our mattresses, he walked us through mattress protector and pillow options. He made them options and did not force or push any up sell. We ended buying both by our choice, again not feeling obligated or persuaded. Gene communicated with us constantly, very reasonable in price, he was always prompt and we were impressed the lenghts that he and his crew made to ensure that none of the current work impacted other parts of our home. When Gene initially consulted with us we were very impressed with his knowledge and experience. He made suggestions that we had not thought of and couldnt imagine not having these features. The price he quoted did not change (awesome price) and he communicated with us thru out on different options and ways we could trim costs. (He was aware that we had a tight budget) Some of the work was sub contracted out (ex. tile floor) and everyone Gene sent to our house was top-notch.
