“Cheryl met us at the door at about 4:50 pm and they close at 6:00 pm. We told Cheryl what we were looking for, showed her photos of our space and room measurements. We were looking for 2 bedroom sets, coffee and console tables. Cheryl quickly showed us some options that would work with our space, flooring, room colors and current furniture styles we had already purchased. She measured everything for us and verified each piece was in stock and could be delivered the day after we close on our new place. We were able to make the purchases we needed and out the door by 6:20 pm. A wonderful experience! We will most likely be back to purchase more prior to our closing. They only charge $199 for delivery, regardless of the number of items. That is a deal compared to other stores in the area. We have shopped many furniture stores in the area and Matter Brothers has the best furniture selection and accessories. Many stores don’t have much to offer in the way of accessories and variety. Matter Brothers has traditional, transitional and contemporary. You can also find wonderful lamps, art, vases, pillows and many fabric options if you have time to wait for the customization. The options are endless and very current colors and styles.”

I have to rejoin every 2 years. I buy the $120 digital package and I get all their photos online. I can design the pictures any way I want. I can make collages or do individuals. I can order the sizes I want. As many I want and if I forget somebody a year later and want to go back, the pictures are still there. It's really cool. The girls are really nice great with the kids and they keep everything wiped down and clean.”

“6/5 for Ryn's Furniture. We started the day at the Brick (no one even approached us), went over to Aaron's (had no selection) third was Ryn's and we had full intent on going other places, but the exceptional customer service that we received from Darlene, we knew we wouldn't have to look anymore. Firstly the store has a very large selection of furniture and the cleanliness was prestine. Prices were very reasonable, but Darlene is what made the experience exceptional. We are taller fellas just looking for a couch to match new floors in our basement. She was able to tailor to our larger size, her knowledge of textiles and colour matching was unreal. She was very patient with us as we asked a lot of follow up questions, went home to get a floor sample and a third opinion (as it is a large purchase). She was very approachable and paid close attention to our needs. Going in for one sectional, coming out with a sofa, loveseat, and ottoman surely shows the level of customer service we were receiving. Darlene was very professional and honest with best practices on purchasing and maintaining the couch with product protection ideas. We have never dealt with such an outstanding individual along with such a great environment. We can't wait for our couches to come in and will be going here first next time for our furniture needs. “I’ve been doing a drive up pick-up in this location several times in past month and I am very happy with this location. One of the reasons is that their inventory is well taken care off. It’s very up to date, especially around Christmas time. Sometimes (very rare) they can be off by 1-2 items if I’m getting like 15-20 items, but if it says in stock 20, 99% time I would get those 20 items. Other local Targets are always way off with inventory. Would say 10 items in stock for pick-up and when the order is complete, you end up with 100% out of stock. Lake Stevens is really good with inventory, hope they keep up like this all the time. It’s so easy to pick up items, workers are friendly and the process is very quick so I keep coming back to this store, even if the other Target is closer to my home.”
