“First time reviewer. I recently got an audio system with tower speakers installed from these guys and I could not be more pleased. I already had most of the equipment which included a new fusion radio, an amp, 2 Rev 8 tower speakers with swivel clamp, and a dual battery system. I got a few quotes on the install, but Luk beat their prices and seemed to be the most knowledgeable. So I went with Incredible Touch German Upholstery and I am so glad I did! I was so nervous/excited about the install and Luk kept me updated every step of the way and the final product is perfection! Not only that, we were in a situation where we needed our boat back asap and Luk had it done in 3 days! Only thing I might have done differently is have Luk order my equipment for me bc a couple of my cords were too short for my boat. Finally, my dad needed a zipper fixed on his boat seat. They also had that done within a couple of days, the price was very reasonable, and of course, the zipper is perfect! I'm getting the ceramic coat on my boat next! If you are looking for audio install, upholstery needs, detailing... this is the place to go. Professional, reasonable, quality service!”

“We are absolutely over the moon with the results of our 20 yr old Lowe’s Trinidad pontoon. We live in Lake Windward, Alpharetta & a neighbor recommended Cibele at Overboard Designs. All of our reupholstering is fabulous with Cibele’s artistic touch, & talent. The new flooring is spectacular with its 10 yr guarantee & without a single spot if mold since we had it done over 6 months ago. I can’t even begin to mention all the extras Cibele gave us, from trailering the boat for no additional charge to a gift of one of her custom cup holders that matched our upholstery. We had a few issues with the electrical after we got the boat back, but she never hesitated for a moment to tell us she would pay for correcting the error her team made in putting it all back together. Her end product & customer service is superb and 1st class. We will forever be grateful to Cibele & her team for a beautiful job on our old pontoon. It looks like a million bucks now. “I was referred to Jeff by the amish furniture store in the same plaza. It was a very casual recommendation and I really didn't realize at the time that it would change my life. I waited a few months to write this review (bought our mattress in May of 2022) because that seems like the best way to write an honest thoughtful review of a mattress, but honestly this review is more about Jeff. I had spent endless hours researching mattresses. Foam vs coil vs spring etc. I have looked at just about every bed-in-a-box brand you can imagine. All of this is a mess of marketing and cheap foams. Then I met Jeff. Jeff is "THE" Beducator. He is brilliant, honest, driven and LIVES mattresses. He has created more content than one could ever watch and it will teach you everything you need to and more than you want to know about mattresses. It is with a lighthearted sadness that I say - Jeff actually didn't sell me a mattress, but I happily bought one from him. He didn't have to. I had made the decision about which mattress I was going to buy before I even walked in the store BECAUSE of the clear information on his website. The bamboo sheets and mattress protector from Malouf are the cherry on top. Strong, soft and cool. They just seem to get better as we wash them, too. They are so good that I bought my parents and in-laws a set. All of this being said, I still spent LESS THAN HALF of what I thought I would have to spend to get a quality mattress. Sleep may be the most important thing that we do, and Jeff is the person that you want to trust this too.”

Started to get the same piece in a different color which was not on sale as the preferred item was. Staff offered to call another store to find exactly what we wanted. Found it in Cinncy and had shipped to my home. One can’t image how helpful that was because I don’t get around easily, had a shopping helper that day and would not have been easy to get to another store far away. Staff member even saved me the shipping cost as he reminded me my wife was enrolled as member or preferred shopper. “Happened upon this wonderful store last week. The staff was so helpful and friendly. With the help of a very sweet lady (so sorry I don't recall her name) we were able to chose a variety of plants and pots for our lanai. She spent quite a bit of time with us, helping us choose the plants and pots. They potted the plants for us (including re-potting some into pots we already owned) and delivered them today. The gentleman who delivered them did a great job getting them onto our lanai and making sure they were just where we wanted them. He had to finish re-potting our palm on the lanai since it was so big and heavy and he made sure to sweep up the little bit of dirt that had spilled out of the pot. When he noticed one of our plants had broken he pointed it out to us and offered to return to the store to bring back another one on his own time at the end of the day. This store has amazing customer service and wonderful people working there who go above and beyond. Their plant selection is fantastic and they have a variety of decorative items as well and gorgeous orchids. We'll definitely be returning!”
