The employees are abundant, knowledgeable about products and their locations, and always willing to help answer questions. This City of Industry floor plan was a bit different than the normal floor plan and going there for the first time did take me longer to locate the items I needed, however the 2nd and 3rd times I had been there I had gotten familiar with where things were. The only thing I can say negatively about this location is the ways in and out of the parking lot are tiny and can get congested because there are other places to eat and ship close by.”

We showed up 5 minutes before closing but Mike, our salesperson, never rushed us. He showed us a few beautiful units at incredibly low prices. We had spent days shopping through other stores, trying to find a sectional, but we were in and out of The Dump with a new sectional in 20 minutes, AND at a lower price with better quality than we had seen at other stores. It's rare that I have such an easy, positive experience but The Dump has earned a customer for life.”

I understand it is hard to keep the smell out but they really need to do something better to move and clean the air. The last couple times I walked in my eyes watered and it was hard to breathe even with a mask on. If it wasn't for the smoke being so bad, I would visit more often and stay longer when I do go in.”
