“Shopped today at La-Z-Boy in Chandler with Joe. We went in to get 1 recliner for me. His service was outstanding. He made sure that I 'fit' & all was perfect for the recliner - feet on floor, seat not too deep. He showed me several different ones that he felt were right for me. He took his time & showed me all the different options. After I decided on the chair I was interested in, my husband decided to try one for him. We ended up purchasing 2 chairs & since our La-Z-Boy sofa bed is old & the mattress is very worn, we had Joe show us the mattresses for our sofa bed. They had one that is a 'blow-up' mattress & should be perfect for any visitors we may have. Joe explained the features of all the chairs & the mattress. So, after wanting 1 recliner, we ended up with 2 & a sofa bed mattress - all for really great prices. Joe was extremely helpful & I would recommend him & La-Z-Boy to anyone - the quality of their furniture, their warranties & their customer service are the best. “I'm going to be bias in this because I'm a Levi's Connoisseur. I've been wearing the brand as far back as early high school. Back when having Silver Tabs was the ish. I graduated in 97. I usually buy from their website or their section in autho retailers but to visit an actual location is like going to Disney world for the first time but all the time. This location is no different from others I've visited. First and foremost the associates were super dope and very helpful. I didn't need much help because refer to the beginning. But the questions I did have they answered. Cleanliness of the store 10. Organization of products 10. The Customer service plus 10. It's safe to say they'll definitely, definitely be seeing a lot more of me.”

“For nearly 50 years we have used the offerings of Home Depots service, supplies and advice needed for our fixer upper and various new builds In Illinois, the Upper Peninsula and current in North Carolina. Here we have used the stores located in Garner and Knightdale. All was well until we purchased some appliances and was offered a discount on the purchase if we acquired their credit card. It offered a $100 gift card which came after the due date and was actually a varied gift card, that being a $25 gift card, or a $50 gift card or a $100 gift card depending on the value of your purchased cost. Besides this misrepresentation, while we waited for payment notification we incurred a late payment notice when no notice was ever sent. Contacting the credit department we had this late fee removed and we were told that additional payments needed to be made on line, and they blamed the store employee for misstating the manner of used of the credit card. Our purchase is done as we now wait for delivery. Of delivery, we made a purchase in February and was advised that it’s delivery was to be the first of March. The delay as others have been associated with this ongoing pandemic. Of the delivery date, we gave instructions and waited. As we waited, we saw the delivery truck pass our subdivision to then get a call that he missed the turn. When told to just turn around, we received a follow up call that the truck was on our street but could not locate our address. A text message was received from the delivery service stating that if delivery was not made within 10 minutes the driver was directed to precede to his next stop. A second delivery date was made to were only received one of the two items purchased and was advised that they could not find this other purchase. We were later informed that our appliance was damaged as we would be contacted by the manufacture for its replacement now scheduled for the first week in April. If you are considering using Home Depot’s credit card and service you have been warned.”

“As an addendum, I jad a flat tire on my bike so i bought a pump, the tub burst as i was pumping it to 40psi. So i go back in and bought a another tube, and a repair kit. I went and started to take the rear wheel off and immediately started rounding off the bolt. Since I was close to the auto center, I asked the tech if i could borrow a couple wrentches. Not only did he let me use his tools, he helped change the tube. That tube also burst and we determined I also needed a tire. So I went back in, got another tube and tire. He had to go help other customers but always came back to me when i needed an extra set of hands. So, for customer service, I give these folks a AAA+++ and patients while dealing with an old man, who hadn't changed a bike tire in over 40 years I'd also give a AAA+++ rating. Thank you so much.”

“We used USA Cabinet Store in Alexandria, Va., to remove a bathtub and install a shower in our master bathroom, and were pleased with our experience from start to finish. From our first meeting with Yasin, we sensed we were in good hands. He stuck with us throughout, changing dates when we had a sickness in our family and quickly giving us new ones when we were ready. The men who did the work were polite, professional, and careful to protect our area and to clean up at the end of each day. We are extremely pleased with the result, a sparkling new shower, finished faster than we had anticipated and with only minor disruption to our routines. At a very fair price as well. “From start to finish, we were thrilled. The price was in range with other contractors, but what really blew us away was the workmanship, attention to detail, and overall high quality of the work. We had both tile and hardwood installed through out entire first floor, and it was evident that the brother/sister team took great pride in all that they do. They worked in our house for three weeks or so, while our entire family of five was home. We felt safe because their masks were ALWAYS on (us too) and they were just really kind and respectful to our family and our space. I think our dog was ready to go home with them. I felt like their strategy to get all of the work done while minimizing the disruption in our home was pretty amazing. I also appreciated the suggestions that the owner, Ray, provided in terms of some other things we could consider. All in all, we could not have asked for a better experience, and Aria Remodeling has my highest recommendation.”

Round Rock cabinets measures for free and then ASKS you what you want. They listen. They don’t try to upsell you. The 3D model they made for us looks identical to the finished product. Again, Brandon and Brent listened to what we wanted and helped us with cheaper solutions throughout the whole process. Do yourself a favor: google how much kitchen remodels cost.
