“It is very disappointing. All the hype about always available food, clean stores, well stocked. So far, out of 3 visits, all between 3:30 am and 4 am, heading to work, kiosks are down and food can not be made or sold. The store is dirty and not stocked well at all. This is a brand new store and chain to the area. Is it lack of care or employees? Who knows As an edit to this review, I stopped this morning for gas, and decided to give the food another chance. 4 am. Very clean this visit. Very well stocked, and I ordered food via the kiosk. Smooth, user friendly, and the order was made quickly. Good food. A lot better experience. I hope that the improvement holds up. today is 10/19/21”

Reason for music is so the homeless sorry for inconvenience we will lowering our music, for anyone needing the restroom it is closed due to maintenance and our stuff is out in the open sorry for the inconvenience, the reason we are closed sometimes at 10pm to 5am is due to the fact that we are not allowed to be open without help I'm sorry for the inconvenience, we try and keep our stores clean n as tidy as possible for all customers but due to getting busy thru the day we can't always run n clean up everything with everyone walking in n out of the store. To anyone who sees this I'm so sorry for the inconvenience caused by this problem but we need people we are willing to hire, days are 15.50 an hour and grave is 16.50 we are in need of people n corporate won't do anything. “This store is so clean. I bypass 3 other SA's just to go to this one. I've been going 4 to 5 times a week for about 6 months for my coffee and donut before work. I only recall 2 times the green light blinking on the coffee. Morgan is always busy and you can tell she cares about the store. My fave though is McKenzie. She is super helpful and really nice.”
