“Dr. Barbara and Mrs. Natalie are the best. They care about you and treat you not just as if you’re a patient but a friend. They both make you feel so welcome as if you aren’t even at a doctors office but at home. They care about your well being and they don’t stop until they figure out how to help you. I’m so glad I found this office and I hope that both Dr. Barbara and Mrs. Natalie will stay as long as I am a patient there. I wouldn’t want anyone else seeing me. If you need someone as your family doctor I wouldn’t go any farther this is the place to go. My daughter which is fourteen even loves it there. She thinks they are so nice. “I believe Norwalk still has someone drive up at 11:40am every Monday morning in front of the ⭐ Motel, 11871 Firestone Blvd, Norwalk, CA 90650, or near by. Last time I was there (a couple/few months ago), a guy and girl rolled up in I think a burgundy (?) PT Cruiser. Guy in the passenger seat takes down your initials and DOB, while the driver, (girl), gets in the back and hands out premade kits including: cotton, saline solution, cookers, tourniquets and 100ml - 29ga(?) - Long - 10 packs of syringes. Plus!, a bottle of hand sanitizer if you're a first timer. ;-)”

“Dr. Abraham is an awesome surgeon. I was scheduled for surgery in a timely manner and met with him for a pre surgery conference as it was not an emergency. He explained in layman’s terms my diagnosis and was eager to answer any and all questions. I was then scheduled for surgery via his office staff who were all professional and friendly. The staff, nurses and physicians at the hospital were helpful, friendly and went out of their way to prepare me for surgery. A post OP appointment was scheduled and completed. I would highly recommend Dr. Abraham and staff to care for your surgery needs.”

“It was my 1st visit to this pharmacy and I must say an excellent experience. I had just visited Dingmans Medical and they called in a few RXs for me. I drove from their parking lot to Butterfly's and waited maybe 15 mins before entering.i entered was greeted very nicely, gave my name and asked to please give them a few more minutes as they were filling the RX for me at that moment. Once I rec'd the RXs I was given some precautions and I also asked about other meds for my dogs. I was assured that they would look into it and get back to me for pricing. It was a really nice transaction and I will be using them again.”

The supervisor of my department does not know how to treat her staff members with respect or talk to them like adults. The management at Baldwin House Oakland is the best management team there is. The management team at American House Elmwood is not that great. I love all the staff members at Baldwin House Oakland. I miss them all and hope to see them soon. I would go back to Baldwin House Oakland over anything.”
