“I’ve struggled for a while to find a workout routine that I was excited about. I was happy to hear OTF opening up in Oceanside and signed up as a founding member. After just a few classes I was hooked. Head Coach Kate is as competitive and motivating as they come and challenges you every time you step foot in the studio. She leads by example and fires you up to do and be better. The same goes for every coach I’ve taken a class with that has helped teach me about the OTF workouts, the terminology and everything in between. Every time I walk in I’m always greeted with positive energy and a smile. Any interaction I’ve had with the staff has been nothing but positive and supportive which is a direct reflection on the captain of the ship. It’s easy to see that Fallon is a great leader who operates an amazing studio. The morale and energy in her studio is appreciated and an easy motivator. It’s refreshing to walk in every time to a clean studio and be welcomed by an entire team ready, prepared and organized to help you crush your workout. “Today my aunt and I brought a 2 year old and 4 year old in to pick a “just because” gift (something I’ve never done but my aunt insisted on). While at the store we asked for a price check on a few items, while the employee was stocking shelves. She immediately helped us then returned to her work. After my kiddos had chosen a toy, we’re headed to the checkout down the party goods aisle. My 4 year old picked up a small snow globe which I immediately told him to put back down… before he had the chance to put it down, he dropped it accidentally and it shattered on the floor. I found the employee that had helped us earlier, I believe her name tag said Harmony, and asked her how I could clean it up and pay for the item. She came to our aisle and cleaned up the area and insisted that it was an honest mistake and we did not need to pay for the 3.50 broken globe. I was mortified that I had let this happen and wanted to crumble into a million pieces- apparently my four year old felt the same because at the register he asked me if the police were on the way to get him. As a mother who’s as frazzled in this situation, with a very sensitive child that genuinely did not mean harm to any store items, I could not have been more appreciative of Harmony. I would certainly come back to this store to shop for its amazing customer service (although they would probably prefer we shop elsewhere ha).”
