“I'm so glad a friend of mine recommended I see Dr. David Ojeda at the Matrix PT and Wellness Center. I've been having a lot of pain in the front of my knees for half a year now and have been unable to run. Running 4-5 times per week means everything to me, so being unable to run more than 5 minutes without pain was heartbreaking. Luckily, David figured out that I had a patella-femoral tracking problem and was able to quickly fix it with a series of strengthening and realignment exercises.
