We were of course very worried about this, but Bob explained everything and was able to ease our minds. He was so knowledgeable and was able to start treatment that day. Bob is seriously the best! He is so friendly, kind, and professional- great with our crazy dogs and kids! Everyone in the office has been nothing but nice and so easy to work with. We even had them come out and spray for ants today and again- the technician ( I'm sorry I cannot remember his name), was great! Efficient, explanatory, and kind! I was going to buy a slab because I wanted as few seams as possible. One guy wanted to put a seam right down the middle and said don't worry we are really good and you wont see it. (really?) A few others never sent me a quote. From the minute I walked in Elva was very personable and willing to take the time I needed. She keep me informed so I never wondered what was going on.
