The people were friendly and helpful. It was exceptionally clean. I felt like I was in a higher class store. The produce is very high quality and the meats, bakery, and deli were all fresh. There is a great selection and all organized. This is a great place for a Auckland trip or for large monthly purchases. I very highly recommend this store. “This is the third time we’ve used the Design Studio- initially we used them for a kitchen remodel and a family room remodel in my prior home. This latest job involved a combination of decorating (lighting, artwork, furniture, blinds, etc) in my family room and dining room, as well as the reconstruction/remodel of our fireplace. While the furniture and artwork where beautiful, Tammy was also able to replace an undersized, very outdated tiled fireplace with a floor to ceiling (18’) stone fireplace that involved demo, stonework, wall repair and building a new hearth too. It all looks beautiful, met my budget and will definitely add value to my home. She was able to push to get the job completed prior to the holidays and it was done very well. No issues or rework. The wood mantle and the hearth ( a beautiful herringbone pattern) matched my existing flooring perfectly, which was hard for them to do. I won’t hesitate to use the Design Studio again when we remodel our bathroom later this year.”

I'm very particular when I have custom work done. And I was not disappointed. As far as communication I never had a problem. Someone always picked up and talk to me about the phone as to how things were progressing. As far as price, I paid exactly what my estimate was. I saw someone complaining about their estimate. But the word estimate means, "I believe this is what it will cost". But just like when you take your car to the garage and they find other things wrong with it, it cost more. And I don't think you'd want you musical instrument not to be repaired fully. I definitely will be using them again!”
