I went looking for some strings. Went to all the big stores in Tampa. All said they didn't have them but none said they would be able to get them. Don made a call and in a few days I had the strings I wanted. I had done business with them before. So it wasn't the first time I had excellent service, and it won't be last. Thank you....”

“Staff was helpful when I stopped one. They had a bunch of "we're hiring" signs so I'm assuming they are understaffed. Plenty of options on practically anything hardware / diy store related. Didn't have one item I was looking for but I saw other close locations had it via the app. PRO TIP: save yourself time by checking via app, rather than traveling store to store. App even tells you aisle and location My chief complaints are 1) there were no cashiers only self check out (hey were is my employee discount?) 2) the lighting outside is so dim (see.my photos) you would think the store was closed. (GM take note, you may see more sales by correcting this one easy thing). I would have not thought it was open plus in this area of town it's a TRUE safety concern.”

I highly recommend calling before you go to ensure that they are open. It’s been a couple occasions I’ve gone and they weren’t open, but the store hours on site indicated that they were. The entire process took no more than an hour and the kids (and us parents & grandparents watching) had so much fun.
