Micah was on-site two days after my initial call which happened to be days before Christmas. He explained everything and pricing for future services which is very budget friendly. He set everything up and told us he would follow up in a couple of weeks which was included in the original price. Let’s just say our Christmas was truly a silent night. Haven’t heard or seen a mouse since. This small local company exceeded our expectations of great service. They were not pushy or aggressive. They come in an unmarked vehicle to provide you privacy. “Absolutely recommend Curtis Restorations for your leather repair jobs. I had two Hard plastic saddle bags with a leather wrapping that had sun fading and deep scratches on them. After calling several different upholstery shops, I was finally recommended this shop from a nearby motorcycle shop. Not only was the price quote $200 less than most other shops, their predicted finished time period was not several weeks out.. They promised to have them back in 9 days. As promised, 9 days after dropping them off and picking my material, they delivered a fantastic product for much cheaper than what some of the custom motorcycle / auto shops quoted me. “I had to return some Christmas lights they weren't working adequately exchange was easy I asked for some help and they call someone and brought me right back to where I thought they might be and they were and I wanted to get Blue lights instead of white lights like I had gotten and it was no problem I enjoy shopping at Walmart because when I ask questions about an item that may not be findable they either find it right away or they tell me that it is not in stock at the moment but will be within a couple of days. That helps out tremendously because of the price of gas running to and from different places or back to the store at least I know to wait a couple of days and it's convenient and it's clean 🪥”
