San Clemente, CA is notorious for strict and non-caring permit/inspection staff. True to form, they wouldn't approve the installation because of some empty spaces on the electrical panel which had nothing to do with the installation. Michael went the extra mile by fixing that up and getting the installation approved. I highly recommend Solis USA.”

Since we had a good idea of the floor we wanted, I was able to work completely over the phone and email with Eric from end to end. He was able to price the specific flooring we were interested in and provided answers timely. Wilmer and his team were just as easy to work with throughout the process. We actually had an issue with another house project arise that would have made the original install date not impossible but tough and Wilmer was able to move us back a couple weeks to accommodate our schedule. The carpet remove was no issues for them, but I know the ceramic tile was not easy, but they had no complaints. The install went quick and turned out wonderful! We cannot thank them enough. I spent the afternoon with Marybeth and her husband creating my sofas by choosing fabrics, studs and finishes. I absolutely love their approach to their business which is all about quality craftmanship and customer service to the highest degree. Unlike other furniture stores that mark their furniture up 3X and then discount it during sales, Iron and Oak provides a reasonable price point from the beginning. Likewise, the furniture is all handmade in their factory in NC. I had high expectations and excitement after I ordered my sofas but was blown away once the sofas were delivered. WOW exceptional quality I could never ever have purchased this off the shelf from a furniture store. If you want the highest quality product, at reasonable prices delivered by the finest people (Marybeth and her husband) look no further than Iron & Oak. We chose the deep soaker tub with new fixtures and a marble shower above. My partner and I were impressed the installation team was able to do installation in 1 day and I was able to work from home while they did it.
