“I was unfortunate enough to be badly injured in a motorcycle accident in May of last year, but thankfully I was fortunate enough to be transferred here when I was able to be released from Boston Medical. I cannot say enough good things about this facility. Their nursing staff, Drs, medical assistants, and even the people that delivered my meals and cleaned my room were beyond perfect. I can't thank enough my PT people Nick and Gale for their endless hours of encouragement and therapy that got me back if not better to were I am today.. “I went there today for the first time. I have only donated once before and it was a really long time ago. The first time donor process took a very long time. From the time that I got there until I left was about 4 hours. I didn't find that the people there looked homeless as one other poster said. The other people just looked like average, everyday people, though there was one guy that smelled like he needed a bath lol. The staff was very friendly for the most part. The lady named Ms. Gail was wonderful. Ms. Gail did all of my new donor stuff and then she came to help me when I started to have a bad time during the donation. I ended up having to leave early but hopefully my next time won't be so bad. I'd recommend this place to my friends.”

“The staff is the best you will get from any psychiatric hospital and Dr. Maxwell DEFINITELY knows what she's doing. My anxiety decreased dramatically whenever I adhered to her suggestions. Though this wasn't the proper hospital for my primary diagnosis (limbic encephalitis and PANDAS), Maxwell took that into consideration and even offered me to leave early since she was not trained to aid in those diagnosis. However, anxiety is definitely an issue I face and I owe a lot to her for helping me with that. Lonestar, thank you for your patience and aid.”
