“I had to visit Excel Urgent Care twice; first time (for myself) on a holiday, second time (for my toddler) on a Sunday. Both times the staff was professional and I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours. The Doctors were courteous and made proper diagnosis. They have nice, clean facilities and they’re ready for either a strep test on a sick toddler or an x-Ray for a broken bone.”

“The staff here is great! Everyone is polite and helpful. They explained procedure and protocol very clearly. Her intake/surgery/discharge was done in a very timely manner. They have so many toys and trucks for the kids to ride on before surgery;) They also have movies and games. Literally, every single doctor and nurse was so caring and loving to my daughter. They took their time and had a lot of patience with my girl. This is the best hospital. I’m very pleased.”

“I feel pretty compelled to write a review because I’ve had to come here twice in four days- for separate issues. I traumatically broke my finger at work and was seen by Lisa, FNP. She was helpful, thorough, personable. I was so upset and in a ton of pain when I walked in, and due to her quick actions of relieving the pressure in my finger- I left smiling and in much less pain. She had great bedside manner. Fast forward four days, and my daughter has a wicked cough and won’t eat. Because of my experience with Lisa being so positive before, I brought her here hoping Lisa was again working. She was! Lisa saw my daughter, they played for a minute. She treated my daughter like family, examined her appropriately in a non-confrontational way (like play), and determined the issue. Lisa sent in the prescriptions immediately and even made the antibiotics once a day (so I don’t have to fight with my kid). She was so good to my daughter and I that I actually hugged her. The nurse who works here, who’s name escapes me, is also incredible. I highly recommend.”
