I had chosen a stone, but when one came in she thought I would like even better, she called me right up and I stopped in and I did like it even better! But when I came home, I realized the extra large was too big. So I contacted Iffy, he took down my info and replaced my extra large bracelet with a large bracelet, once they got in a new shipment of large bracelets, at no charge. He and the young lady that works there are very professional, patient, informative and solution-oriented. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I recommend them one hundred percent!”
