Jean was so helpful on the phone and told me to come on in even though they were closing soon and we didn’t know if we were going to be able to find a fit for the earring. I was greeted by smiles and was helped immediately. Jean came up to the counter prepared with backs that could possibly work for me and we found something that was perfect and better than the originals.
