The owner was so kind, understanding, friendly, and helpful. Not only did they have the cross, but they had an 18 inch chain, but I needed at 14 inch. He didn't just alter it, he created an additional loop so it was adjustable and my goddaughter could grow with it. Absolutely amazing!
