I called spontaneously from a number off their business van, (my dryer had broken and I was trying to figure out what to do in the interium until the new one came) and a friendly person answered and set up my appointment in 5 minutes. They did get lost, and intially appeared like they just didn't show up, yet when I called they made it right, picked up clothes and returned them on time, all neat, clean and folded. The price point, in my opinion, is really good too. I would recommend using them and just work through the first-time hiccups because they seem to value customer service.”

“Drew was most helpful with a fabric office chair that I sent him this past wknd. The chair was pretty dirty and the previous owner attempted to hand clean the chair with carpet cleaning powder, which just clustered up and made a gigantic mess of things.
