“I’ve used them for air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. The owner Aaron is very professional over the phone and made sure to tell his employees my requests and address questions. The men who showed up for the cleanings were also very professional and on time. They made sure to call at least 30 minutes ahead of arrival. The carpet cleaner was able to get out all the tough stains. Their prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend this locally owned company.”

“Decided to get my wedding dress cleaned here based on a review of another bride who had a good experience with her dress also. Even though I waited over a year to get my dress cleaned, they did an amazing job with a quick turn around for me! They even offer box preservation - my dress was packaged beautifully and compactly even though it was a big A-line lace/tulle dress. Will definitely make it easier to store/ship (if I sell it one day)! They seemed experienced, were responsive, and super friendly throughout the process! Very fair prices too. Would recommend to any bride/person for dry cleaning needs!”

“It's a decent laundry mat. Free drying, however the cost is added to your wash. The basic washer is $2.25. Most other places it's between $1.50 -$1.75. it does have air conditioning. My washer at home was down do until I get a new one I will be going here. Hopefully just one or two more visits.”

“My experience with Ray's has been phenomenal! My clothing has been dry cleaned and brought back to life here. I have had coats, suit jackets fitted and pants hemmed by the personnel here. People, do not underestimate the quality of seamstresses and tailors who know this art. I have had only good experiences with the hard working hands of the ladies who work here! The service is prompt and the prices are reasonable considering this economy and inflation we are experiencing. You know what's funny is the fact that many of these so called "upscale clientele" and people of a certain economic class are the first ones to complain of the prices of goods and services they seek. Sorry to let you know that we are living in 2022 at the time of me writing this review. Times change, COVID has changed the way we live and inflation has changed this economy! Sorry to tell you that this isn't the 90's or early 2000's anymore when you could get alterations and dry cleaning done for the price you haggled for back in the day. The prices are actually very fair for the hard work done. If the price does not fit your budget then look elsewhere, you are being cheap for the quality hard work done here. You could go elsewhere and haggle for a cheaper price and find shirts with broken buttons or mediocre work but not at Ray's! “I asked a friend for recommendations for someone to clean heavy pet staining from our area rug. She recommended Fuzzy Wuzzy. I'd heard of them, but never needed their help before. When I called, they promptly answered their phone. After explaining my situation they offered to come pick up my rug at my convenience. They had a current special on rug cleaning. They also have a process whereby they can soak the entire rug for a few days in a special solution to remove pet stains and odors. This was extra, but worth it. The rug was returned in one week, as promised, on the date I requested. All smells and stains were gone, and the blue colors returned to vibrancy. The technician even used the dual-sided tape I had to secure the rug from sliding around on my slippery wood floors. The technician was polite and helpful. It was very easy to pay too as among the many options was a website accessible through a link in my emailed invoice. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.”

“Phend's has cleaned our carpet, recliners, and sofa two times now, 2019 and 2021. They are a great company. The father and son work so well together and they honestly care about your home when they are working. They pay close attention to detail and treat your items with respect. They are also very reasonably priced. Upon leaving, they leave the couch cushions that are cleaned propped up and able to dry, instead of shoving wet cushions back into the sofa. They are kind and considerate and a joy to have in your home. Consider this company when looking for carpet and upholstery cleaning.”

“It’s true laundromat city is the cleanest laundromat around with lots of washers and dryers available and even nice vending machines for snacks and for laundry soap which already makes this place the best in ALL of summit county! What really sets this place apart from the rest though is absolutely the wonderful staff. Tuesday night I came in with my family and the attendant helped me fold my clothes and helped me take them all the way to my car and put my baskets inside for me safe and sound. I am disabled cannot walk and she saw me struggling and jumped to help me, something my family with me didn’t even do. I thanked her with tears in my eyes and she said to me “don’t worry about anything while you’re here, you will always be taken care of” bless you Brianna and bless laundromat city!”
