Excellent level of communication throughout the whole process - I received emails about the service date and time and text messages letting me know when Rich was on his way and when they were done. My light tan carpets had a few serious stains from kids, black grease from doors, spilled grenadine, and worst of all a yellow-tinted spot from a moss killer spray bottle leak. He got them all out and they look amazing (as if we never lived there)! Rich showed up exactly on time, even offered to be early, and his team was professional, courteous, kind, fast, and easy to talk to. I really enjoyed the experience and highly recommend these guys. I wish I had taken a before and after picture but man our carpet on the first floor and the carpeted stairs leading up to the second floor were a mess!! We got a dog during the time of Covid-19 and between him and general wear and tear our carpets looked like we wore our shoes in the house even though we don't. Now the carpet looks fantastic and almost as good as it did when we first moved in.
