“I had forgot about my clothes while waiting to switch my clothes out.. I had went around the corner to Cube storage and got lost in old stuff. Anyways they closed before I remembered my clothes again. I was able to call & get in touch with the owner that night even tho they were closed!! They said just to come in early in the morn. To finish my laundry! I was lucky that when I came in the next morn a couple hours after they had opened. I was surprised to find my clothes were still in washer machines and had not been touched either!! Very thankful!!!”

“I won’t lie and say there were no issues, appliances are suffering supply chain issues so the delays were large, not Hagedorn’s fault. I ordered over the phone because I knew what model I wanted. I forgot to verify the model number properly and what I heard as a D was in fact an E so the first delivery was the wrong oven. They were great, took it back, gave us a loaner oven and ordered the correct one. The installation team was great too. I really can’t complain, I’m not naive enough to expect no issues ever with things I order so, to me, it’s the response I get and everyone was fantastic in their response. When it’s time for a full suite of appliances, I will head to Hagedorn. Thank you!”

Even at $2.75 per wash on 20lb machines aside from Wednesday the machines are in great condition and it takes only 25 minutes for a wash. (P.S. No mildew smell on clothes from these machines).”

So when I went, I guess the vending machine may have been out of detergent or perhaps I just didn't see it. I looked but maybe not hard enough! I thought you had to bring your own detergent so I went elsewhere this time. Employees were given the day off... Which is why I didn't see any. I think it's really cool that an employer cares about his/her employees like that. :) Makes me wanna support them with business even more! Will definitely give this place another shot if I'm in the area. I hate to be too critical in a negative way because so many businesses experience that side of customers, but they are human too. I had two area rugs I was uncertain about so Zach looked at the tags and confirmed they could not be cleaned using their system, as it might ruin the rugs. Really appreciate his honesty. They cleaned my sectional and kitchen table chairs - both look amazing! The essential oil they used smells so good too, love that their cleaners are all natural. “Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service Greenburg came today to clean our carpets. It's about 15 years old, but now looks brand new again! Most of the marks and all the grime were removed.
