“There has clearly been a change in cleaning techs or something. This dry cleaner used to provide excellent service! My clothes were always expertly cleaned. When I recently picked up my clothes the majority of the garments were still dirty, just pressed. I requested a "re-do" for the pieces I didn't need immediately. After picking up the "re-do" batch I discovered a hot pink perfectly formed circle of ink, stamped on my white shorts! I have left them a voicemail and I will post another review after we resolve this. As promised, here is my update. Today I received a call from the manager, Debbie! She expressed genuine concern and delivered professional customer service. I understand that things can happen. So honest acknowledgement and reasonable explanations are much appreciated! She even assisted me with the claims form. Kudos to you Debbie and thank you for a job well done👍🏼.”

“I called A-PBS Carpet cleaning and a guy by the name of Ernesto answered. I told him my wife wanted a loveseat/recliners cleaned he said no problem I can be there Saturday early, Works for me. I texted him my address the day before. Great communication he called me back and stated he would be here sat morning. Sat morning arrives I get a text 30 min before showing up. Mind you I called 5 different people from offer up C/L nothing but flakes or a scam. Highly recommend APBS Carpet cleaning very professional, excellent work,customer service,great prices. “This company is a diamond in the rough. So happy I found them. Based on the east side, they came to North Phoenix not once, but twice for me. I recently purchased a home and tried to do an early steam clean before I closed. George and Cheryl especially, were so helpful. George came out the first time on a Memorial Day holiday week when I couldn't have access to the home. He made time in his busy schedule to come back again the next day to complete the cleaning for me. Cheryl was super nice and responsive with the scheduling. Their quality of work, professionalism, cleanliness, and prices cannot be beat. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning.
