Always on time, professional and they get the carpet so clean! The first time I called them, another carpet cleaning company had come out to clean my carpet. They did a really poor job and hit a pet stain that had no odor before they cleaned the carpet. I was panicked because the odor was horrible! I called Chem Dry of the Triad and they came out the next day (week of Thanksgiving) and took care of the carpet odor. I will never use another company. He quoted me a price and once we moved the safe we found we had another issue that required more work. “We have used TriSerV Carpet Cleaners for years, first in our home in Raleigh, and now in our new home near Brier Creek. They offer outstanding service with natural ingredients. It is beyond me how someone can give a second-hand review based on hearsay that this business supposedly had cleaned the carpets in their apartment before they moved in. Some cleaners will charge extra for fabric protection such as Scotch Guard-type protectants (one company had wanted to charge us $40 per 8 x 10 area rug, plus move our furniture for them and vacuum before they came). TriServ includes a Teflon protection that is included in their very reasonable prices. I highly and unequivocally recommend them!”
