They worked quickly and thoroughly. The total came out lower than quoted because the job went better than anticipated. Great results too. The carpet and upholstery dried within a few hours. No crunchy carpet after the fact. We vacuumed one more time prior to putting the furniture back. The cleaning process brings the dirt and fibers to the surface for easy removal.
