That is exactly what I got, professional service and a couch so clean it confirmed my decision that the less expensive route was the way to go! I inquired about having my tile done as well, the Brandy Clean representative was very knowledgeable of the process and able to provide a quote on the spot. I have been going tp Carriage Trade for well over 10 years now and I have never been disppointed. Many days you will see the owner Brett in the store and he is usually open for a chat but not only that the staff is attentive and amazingly super friendly. The staff members have always gone above and beyond to make sure they get the order right. They've even called me on the rare occasions when something wasnt done when expected so I didnt waste my time. I would give them 10 stars if I could! SIDE NOTE: dont expect to pay $1.99 to get your shirt clean but you can expect them to clean up your $1.99 " clean" job.”

“Wonderful customer service. Dry cleaning always comes out clean and white dry cleaning comes out white, not yellow! The only criticism are the 3-4 buttons that have come out melted or cracked. 3-4 melted or cracked buttons over 6 years is not worth switching cleaners, but it would be nice if we never got back another shirt without a melted or cracked button. Other cleaners’ track records have been worse.”
