The manager called the manufacturer Twinhill had a New one overnighted then he called me to express his concern and told me my New Red Jacket was pressed and waiting for me ???? “I was concerned when I noticed evidence of water damage and mold in my finished lower level. Service Master promptly reviewed the situation noting that the damage was caused by moisture not water from the outside-in. They recommended a couple commercial dehumidifiers to reduce the moisture in the air. They also set me up with a recommended contractor (Patriot Drywall) to fix the dry wall damage and seal/paint the walls stained from water and mold. The dehumidifiers, while not cheap, improved the air quality immediately and the Patriot Drywall team did a first class, thorough and professional job refinishing my bathroom and fitness center walls. I feel so much better thanks to the SM and Patriot Drywall teams.”

“This place is awesome. I visit maybe every 1-2 months just to get my family's choir robes cleaned. The gentleman at the counter always remembers me and he's so easygoing. There is a 2-day turnaround but this week I forgot to bring it in the day before. He said to come in the following day at 5. My robes were ready at 4:50 and once he saw me parking he was already putting it up on the front hook for me. Definitely a great small business to support. And there's a Starbucks next door that is never crowded so you can get coffee/snack while you're there.”
