“What can I say about Next level Carpet cleaning... how about AMAZING. I Called Ruben at Next Level carpet cleaning at around 1pm yesterday when another company I had hired did not show up. I asked for a quote and the price was very reasonable, then I gave him the bad news. I asked him if he could come to my house that same day and told him the story on the other company that didn’t show up. Ruben was amazing and told me would would be at my house around 3:30. He showed up about 5 min early (that was amazing) it took him about an hour and a half to finish everything. He text me again this morning to see if I was satisfied with the job and if I had any areas that need a second pass that he could come by and do a spot clean on those areas. I honestly can not express how thankful I am and how great his work ethic is, his eye for detail and customer service are above and beyond.
