“I retained Jeff Courtney after I was arrested for DUI, charged and convicted of second offense, aggravated. I was facing a mandatory 30 days in jail plus the possibility of my DL being revoked for 15 years, maximum. Jeff and his younger associate, Frankie Hass, got the Prosecutor to lower the charge to non-aggravated and to the sentence reduced to 18 months of probation.
