“Admittedly Nathan is not the most aggressive attorney but he is all in all a very nice guy. He is very logical and methodical in his work. In the heat of the moment during a custody battles, things get emotional. Nathan encourages one to set aside those high charged emotions and be reasonable. Case in point, I had an ex from hell would make things very difficult by not responding or taking forever to respond or flat out ignoring. He also had a probono attorney who was not ethical. Nathan encouraged me to go through mediation although I wanted to "fight" in court. I didn't come out with everything I wanted but Nathan explained to me that I would be fighting my ex forever and to let some things go. This is a sign of a good attorney because he didn't have to tell me this and it would have been more profitable for him to keep fighting.
