“As a Kane County lawyer, I might visit the library when I'm in court for a fast and affordable uncontested divorce in Illinois, and also for a more complicated divorce. I found the library staff to be very helpful. It is also a pleasant environment in which to work.”

“Wonderful little library in the heart of Westville. Great email reminders for overdue books. Great space for adults and kids alike to foster and enjoy a love of reading. So helpful with participation in the Accelerated Reader Program. Books and easy to find, with AR reading levels clearly identified, and plenty of computers and tablets available on which to take the quizzes. Watch the limited hours, however, to plan your trips.”

“Amazing place from the beautiful building on the waterfront to the thoughtfully laid out exhibits. Going from the almost dark warehouse-like campaign exhibits to the bright and posh White House decor is quite the transformation to walk through. I've been here several times and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. This time I caught part of the guided tour which I highly recommend. Get there early and plan on spending a minimum of 2 or 3 hours. Definitely catch the short film when you first walk in as well as the one in the Cuban Missile Crises. Both very interesting and informative. Before, or after, take a walk on the harborwalk next to the museum and take in the architecture of the building and amazing water views. The only drawback, and the reason for 4 stars and not 5, is there's not enough on display considering what must be stored in the 7 stories above the exhibit. Especially pertaining to his personal life. Also, there's a treasure of Ernest Hemingway's personal items stored up there as well and they barely scratch the surface on it. There's 100 milestones and mementos" on display through Nov. 2019 that might be easy to miss if you're not aware of it that's worth checking out as well.”

“Very nice staff! But that was the loudest library in America. Even in the quiet section in back of library had people yelling and on the phone. Very weird that the rules aren't enforced.”

“The reference desk was not terribly knowledgeable but more than willing to help and research out the questions I had to ask. The library has a fine selection of DVDs books and reference materials. They happen to have a full edition of the Oxford English Dictionary, the most valuable reference for the English language.”

“Great library and amazing staff. As an undergraduate, I utilized this space, as well as the online research tools and databases, A LOT! The staff was always so friendly and helpful. My experience with the Neumann Library actually contributed to my decision to pursue a Master of Library Science Degree. I truly hope one day to be apart of such an awesome team of information professionals. They also host great events, such as Library Con and Study Paws :) Truly a wonderful academic library :)”
