“I have been coming to this Library since I was a little girl with my mother! I remember thinking the world of the chilrens area and so did my three sisters! Now, as a 18 year old I appreciate how much I have grown and "lived" many lives as I say-through reading the books provided here. I have never engaged myself in any of the programs but judging by the number of kids and teens who do I can imagine they have something to offer. Since the renovations are finished and the library is back to its full potentional I give this location 5 stars, for sure! Do not judge the location of the library but the services and joy it brings to every user.”

“Very nice library!! the staff here are very friendly & eager to help you . The library is clean , orderly & very well stocked with Books of all sorts, as well as magazines & DVD'S. They provide free wifi as well as access to computers , printers and fax machines. I often drive from lexington park to this library . Although we have a library where I live . I generally just enjoy the all around atmosphere that is provided here . Its a great place to get away from the kids , or a even better spot to bring them along , they often have educational activities , or relaxation groups on the weekdays, Im sure you could call and ask for further information .”

“Very interesting tour of Tudor Hall, which is a historical home, and the home of the St Mary's Co. Historical Society. I believe it was owned by relatives of Francis Scott Key. It's a short walk to the Old Jail Museum.”

“nice, quiet library. a bit on the small side, so the selection is not that great. you can place holds on anything in the whole library system and have it delivered to this branch, which helps. they generally put a jigsaw puzzle out for library patrons to work on.”

“Much of the staff has been here as long as I can remember. That's already a pretty good indicator of the quality of this library. Even though it's small, there is always an abundance of good books (and of course you can get any book delivered here from other Indy libraries). Lots of computers to do work on, and there are tons of programs for kids, not to mention the summer reading program that lets kids get prizes for reading. One of my favorite libraries.”

“My daughter (3-4 yr old class) blossomed at this school!! I love the hand off in the mornings and the pick up in the afternoons (this resolved my daughter's separation anxiety at school and at home). The security can't be beat. The teachers are so caring and everyone knows all of the kids, to include their names and faces of those authorized to pick up. I don't know how they do it! Joanie, the director, is a very compassionate and warm person. She runs a preschool that has the kids' education at the heart of everything they do.”
