It will totally change your mind on how everything is being processed and recycled for efficient water use. For science! If you ever get a chance to take a tour of these facilities, please do not hesitate. They explain everything during the tour even on how the sanitation runs downward to the facility from all Orange county cities. The engineering is brilliant. There are already high booths, but they have added Plexi glass to the tops as well, which made for a very private dining experience. Service was great, as always, and I love the jalapeno cream cheese burger and the tots. It was nice to enjoy 2-for-1 beers and fresh, hot restaurant food again!”
