“This gentleman got woke up at 5:30 am by us because we lost our keys and wasn't sure if they got locked in our car. Despite the huge inconvenience he was willing to drive out to my house (very far from town) and try to check for me by unlocking my vehicle. He told me it would be around and hour until he got out to me due to the drive and him needing to get out. I called him back after maybe a half hour and told him they were found! He didn't charge me a dime for waking him up and was just happy we found them! He was absolutely fantastic and understanding! Couldn't be more pleased with the experience!!”

“Our Security Door lock was not working correctly and kept locking us IN the house. We called John from Bell Safe and Lock and he came this morning to fix the lock. He had to rebuild the lock so it would lock correctly. Since all of our locks were over 30 years old, he also refurbished all of our locks and deadbolts - 12 in total! We now have locks that work easier. And, he also rekeyed all the locks so we now have one key for all! I am so excited not to have to keep track of keys.
