“So, last night, May 28th, we locked our keys inside the in-bed trunk of our pickup. That same evening at around 10 pm, we had called a locksmith to help us. It seemed that he didn't want to do it at all because he left my husband waiting from 11 pm to 4 am, with my husband thinking he was coming to our place to help. “I backed up into my garage this morning and needed an emergency repair. I couldn’t even get to work with my car stuck in the garage. I called at 7:30 for help, they told me they could have a repair technician out between 11:30-1:00. I was pleased when the repairman showed up at 11:00. He was upfront about the costs and my options, clearly knowledgeable, and it only took about 45 minutes for him to repair the door. The price was reasonable for the service. I had anticipated spending between $600-$800, but only paid a little under $500. Altogether a needed rescue from my predicament. He also programmed my garage door openers, since they were the reason I was using the garage timer in the first place. I recommend them for sure.”
