I went to two other places that tried to copy my mail key, and one told me they couldn't do it because it was too difficult, and another did it without a word, and it didn't work on the lock. I explained this to the locksmith and he acknowledged it and went to work. 30 seconds later, I got a working copy of my mail key. Great service.”

I had called Al to come rekey my house since I had lost my keys and it had been forever since the keys in my house have been changed. Al showed me the newest locks and gadgets on the market and I ended up replacing my standard old lock to a high security fingerprint lock. Al is super knowledgeable about locks and how to explain his knowledge. His job is to make the customer feel safe and he definitely provided that when he came to my home and replaced my locks.
