“I chose la Casita mobile home community over all the other ones in the whole metroplex .I looked at and drove through all the properties that offered this style of living and settled on this one. I like the way it is laid out like a regular neighborhood with lots of street lights and how friendly everyone was and how quiet it was here day and night. There's a very nice clubhouse which is very large with full kitchen my family has had several Thanksgiving and birthday parties ,baby showers,and Church Senior groups meeting here. a very well equipped fitness room with workout equipment. A very large pool area and it's a saltwater pool which is better for you than swimming in a chlorinated pool. La Casita strives to make this a pleasant place to live.”

“A restful stay. I stayed one week. Very clean. The staff personable, professional, and very helpful. The facility is easy to get to, but far enough from the main drag to be quiet. Quietest hotel at which I have ever stayed. The only thing lacking was a hot breakfast. There was a little machine that produced cardboard pancakes. But there was plenty of milk, cereal, fruit and yogurt.”

“My wife and I have lived in our manufactured home in Sans Souci for over six years now. The first thing that caught my eye was the overall appearance of the park. The many tall trees and winding streets were far better than many of the other parks we looked at. It truly looks like we are living in a park. The amenities are available for our enjoyment -- the pool, the clubhouse, the events -- they all contribute greatly to life at Sans Souci. Probably, the best ameninity we enjoy are the people who live here. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. That is key.”

“It is a very well kept park and my kids and I love living here ! It is perfect for us ! Management is very nice and we enjoy living here ! There is little to no actual crime and the police department is always visible throughout the day as they drive through to keep an eye on things ! There are people of all ages here and it feels like home ! There are rules you must follow but they are for the good of everyone and I am glad to have them so that our park stays beautiful ! My neighbors are friendly and kind ! The office manager Terri is very sweet and always understanding ! I have lived here a little over a year but it has been great so far !! The ones who complain are the ones that are probably not following the rules to begin with ! I love that background checks are done to live here as well !! We could use more park equipment but we have a city park very close so it is alright ! I feel at home here ! It is safe and quiet ! You can’t ask for much more than that ! And we are living the country life :)”

“First time going to Big Bear and stayed at this lodge, which was recommended by my friends. First impression was what a great view of the lake. We were like a few hundred feet from the lake. We were the only ones staying there for the week so we pretty much had the whole lodge to ourselves. They have different size available lodges which can accommodate different situations. I went with 3 other friends so we didn't need too much space. Very clean cabins. There were a few issues with our cabin but being as old as the lodge is it's understandable. Pet friendly and there's plenty of activities to do with the family. We will be returning next year for sure but probably get a bigger cabin. I do recommend this lodge.”

I miss hotels having real coffee I do not like the instant machines the coffee is sub-par. For what we were in the area for it worked for us.”

The food was ready and hot as promised. Delighted and surprised they also supplied serving utensils. We all enjoyed the delicious entrees I chose. Everyone asked who catered, they all said they were impressed with the food. Again I highly recommend Diamond Event Center for all your catering needs.”
