“I would have given them five stars, and their food is top-notch. However there have been several instances where the folks working there have had attitudes answering the phone and taking orders when I called or come in. They also say that they deliver on the website but nine times out of 10 when you're trying to get delivery they say they are only doing pickups. When I called this evening I asked for delivery but was told pick up only - so whatever, I'll go pick it up. But then after I told the guy on the phone the 3 items I wanted, and after every one of them I got a obviously frustrated reply of "is that all", I asked for a total and he hung up on me. I don't even want to go get the darn food now! Great food, reasonable prices (not great but definitely comparable to other pizza places), and usually a great experience. I know sometimes it's easy to get frustrated after working long days all week long. But if I were trying to sell a product to a bunch of customers I would be sure to put on a smile and make them feel welcome. If you don't want the high volume of customers or can't handle so much, you shouldn't be selling anything they want! Not a bad place though, I just really hope they can appreciate the customer base they have from now on and get past the frustration.”

“BEST CHINESE FOOD AROUND!! I cannot be any happier with this place. Every single time I order from here (which at this point is relatively often) the food is always very very fresh and hot. They’re very generous with their portions and also with the customers. The service is very friendly and quick. The prices are great and always well worth it. Not once have I had a problem with the service or the food here. Fast, fresh, and worth every penny every single time. This is 100% my go to place for Chinese food. It blows any Chinese food place around it out of the water. If you haven’t tried this food, please do yourself a favor and try it. I don’t normally leave reviews anywhere but this place is very deserving of a great reputation for what they offer. ????????????”

“Great New Place! Cleveland just got fancy! I am actually impressed. What a great job the new owner Jorge Cueller and his partner Mike have done. This is the new hangout for the locals. The live music venue is on every musicians got to play at list. Only the talented will be featured here I promise. For the Karaoke lovers Wednesday is the night for that. Darts, pool, and don't forget the live DJ. A VIP section can be rented out for special events with personal wait staff for a fee. The restaurant is very pleasing to the eye and decorated nicely. I included many photos so you can get an idea of how nice this place is. Kimmy was behind the bar and serving frozen margaritas and ice cold Ultras. I had the blooming onion and I loved every bite of it. The shrimp basket was fried just right, and I plan on trying more items on the menu in the future. So put RO'S on your list of places to try. I promise you will become a regular.”
