“Ordered a carry out large pepperoni pizza last night and it was perfect for my pizza tastes. Thin, crispy crust (I ordered it well done), great taste, good crust. They use a good amount of pepperoni, which I liked. I asked for pepperoni on top of the cheese, I think their norm is pepperoni beneath the cheese. I also indulged in an order of garlic cheese bread which was perfect- crispy bread, gooey cheese and garlic butter! Delish! If you’re looking for a good local Chicago pizza option that is good quality, nice people, and reasonably priced, I recommend Papa’s Place. Warm, cozy place to eat in also.”

“Excellent Thai food. I had the Thai BBQ Chicken. The sauce was nice and light but the chicken was a bit dry except for one peice, which was delicious. The dipping sauce had a nice bite to it and the fried rice was nice and light with a bit of egg in it, not heavy and soaked in oil. My wife had the Pad See Ew which she very much enjoyed. Happy we tried this place. Will be back.”

“There is a man that works there named Tony and he is the happiest, friendliest and kindest person I have ever seen in a business. You walk in, he is smiling, he welcomes you and he is funny. I also noticed several other people in line already knew his name or were saying hi to him as if they knew him. The guy ahead of me in the line was also complimenting him for being so nice and also said that's why him and his friends go to lunch there. He is absolutely amazing and I will not eat lunch anywhere else ever again just because of this. He is an absolute Rockstar. I hope he's a manager if not you should seriously consider making him one. “I'm giving Al's a 4 for now. A while back I wasn't impressed. Seemed to get my orders wrong and the pizza just didn't measure up to the location in Cicero. So I was on a break for well over a year. One day decide to give it a shot mainly because I really don't want a chain pizza or what I call "Vacation " pizza. I'm glad I did because it was really really good. Took advantage of their 2 pizza deal one Monday night and was very pleased. I will still argue that they call it toppings for a reason, pepperoni should be one top. Not underneath...lol But that's my opinion. Have been back twice and same great experience.”
