“It was really good! I want to give it 4*'s for flavour but 5* as a business. Taste was pretty good, food wasn't sloppily thrown together- felt some quality/care. Their tomato sauce is REALLY good but that same level is missing from some of their other items. Prices are a little high, but so are the portions and ingredients. They didn't skimp out on anything- lots of meat, cheese, etc. in my food. If you're willing to drop the extra few $, you get a product that doesn't feel like someone corporate is pinching pennies. “Let me start by saying that Leslie and her team are AMAZING! Also, I need to beg forgiveness for not sharing this review right after my wedding a year ago. My wedding was a small one so we decided to center it around a coursed meal, prepared at my folks’ home by a personal chef. We chose The Travelling Cafe based on a variety of factors including flavors and menu options, price within our budget, flexibility, and the fact that they were available for our date (we planned a little bit last-minute), and I am so glad we picked them! Leslie and her team went above and beyond to work with us on a coursed meal (5 courses, not including appetizers), signature cocktail, a variety of appetizers, AND a wedding cake! It was all delicious and beautiful, and they served us and our guests (11 total including us) in a professional, courteous, and knowledgable manner. I would not hesitate to work with Leslie and the Travelling Cafe for another event. If I lived in the area, I would also absolutely go to one of the cooking classes they offer! My husband and I just thawed out the top of our wedding cake (lemon/lavender chiffon) this week for our first anniversary, and somehow, even a year later, the flavors were still vibrant and delicious.”

My wife got the cauliflower crust Buffalo Chicken and it was a great thin crispy crust with just the right balance of heat in the buffalo sauce. The kids got the Wicked Meats GF crust and it is was great just like the others. The staff was super nice, helpful and great to talk with. Definitely will be back when in the area!!”

They do have a seating area but I’d consider this place strictly a takeout place. They have weekend specials as well such as afghani chicken biryani. They also have some snacks and mango lassi for your sides. Apart from the biryanis, I didn’t really like anything else on the menu but the biryani is soo good it keeps bringing me back to this place for some late night take out biryani and Netflix during winter. They do sell other things other than alcohol they have delivery which is nice when you don't feel like going out & want a pack of cigarettes & need a gallon of milk.
