“I can't tell you how much it's changed in here the last year or so. The staff is great, always friendly and the store manager Jennette is always a delight to talk to. Good with her repeat customers. Greets me with my name and knows my order. Pizza is always excellent. Keeps trying to get me to use that portal thing but I honestly enjoy the 1 on 1 experience. As long as she's there I will be coming to this location. I live in Edgewood but make the trip to this location because the difference I experience in customer service and pizza quality. “I will do my best to keep this as brief, short, and concise as possible. I would like to start this off by saying that as a Jet’s Pizza Employee, I have garnered several years of experience in the pizza industry. After a while, you get tired of the same Little Caesar’s pizza, so I decided to try Domino’s. I should mention that I have never eaten a pizza before in my life, so I asked the active manager what she recommended. Her name tag said “Heather,” but her face said “Samantha.” So let’s call her Samantha. Samantha’s luscious, flowing, golden hair reminded me of Goldie Locks. Anyone who knows Goldie Locks knows of her good taste in food, so I was ready to listen to any recommendations she had. She told me to get the Italian Sub. I told her I was American and she blankly stared into my soul for about 17 seconds. I told her it was a joke and she forced out a little chuckle. Realizing I was I mediate my customer-zones, I decided to shoot my shot elsewhere. A bearded man in shorts walked by and I knew it was my chance. I stopped him and asked how long he had worked at the establishment. In a similar fashion as Samantha, he stared at me. Inevitably, I acknowledged the fact that I was ugly. This prompted me to make this review. I don’t think it’s good for customers to be called ugly. I also think the sandwiches shouldn’t be racist.”
