However when I called they where extremely professional, not only did they replace my order, but they personally delivered it to my home when I explained my son was not feeling well and I just got home, and to top it all off they threw in 2 delicious chocolate chip cookies. I understand how it is working in the food industry, accidents happen, orders get mixed up etc. However what does matter is the way these situations are resolved and for that I give this team 5 stars. Whoever was working today between noon and 130pm deserves a paid day off for their excellent customer service. We waited approximately 15 minutes, during which we saw 8 orders prepared and taken out, to include orders coming out as the customers were arriving. The people taking the delivery orders were sweet, too. They were always asking if anyone waiting had been taken care of or needed anything else.
